COUNSELING & INFORMATION SERVICES
Career Counseling - Set up an individual appointment with a career counselor to discuss choosing a major, deciding on graduate school, and other career concerns.
Drop-In Hours - Stop by to have your resume critiqued or receive answers to career-related questions.
Seminars and Panels - Attend programs on choosing a major, identifying career options, and obtaining an internship. Visit our website and click on "Events."
Rutgers Online Career Planning - Use the Rutgers online career planning site to match your interests, skills, and values to RU college majors, career options, and jobs obtained by Rutgers alumni.
Career Assessment Testing - Evaluate your interests, skills, and personality traits through a variety of career inventories.
Career Resource Centers - Visit career libraries at three locations to research jobs, internships and graduate schools.
Publications - Pick up copies of the Rutgers "Career Services Guide" and other publications.
Alumni Career Network - Utilize the Alumni Career Network to consult Rutgers alumni about their fields of employment. Over 1.000 alumni!
First and Second-Year Students - Attend seminars, workshops and counseling sessions with a special emphasis on choosing a major and career.
"Ask the Career Knight" - Ask our "Career Knight" any career-related question and receive a prompt response - usually within one business day.

EMPLOYMENT AND GRADUATE SCHOOL SERVICES
InterviewTRAK: On-campus Interviewing - Interview on campus in the fall and spring with employers for full-time positions or summer internships. Available to all students. InterviewTRAK is an Internet-based system. Go to www.monstertrak.com to post your resume online and review employer job descriptions weekly. (Note: Open to alumni for one year after graduation.)
Career Days - Career days bring students and employers together to discuss career opportunities. 12 in-person and 5 online events throughout the year.
Jobs - Consult new jobs daily via the Internet. Return to the Career Services home page. Click on "Login to MonsterTRAK" and enter your username and password. At the main menu for MonsterTRAK, click on "Jobs & Internships."
Internships - Seek internships through On-campus Interviewing, online internship listings through MonsterTRAK and College Central and our Internship Career Day in early February. Check out our "Internship Action Plan."
Credentials Service - Utilize this online service in support of your applications for teaching positions or graduate school. To register and manage your file log on to www.interfolio.com.
