Dissertation - Year Visiting Fellowships for U.S. Minorities
in Humanities,
Social Sciences, Business, and Other Fields
|
| This
informal Consortium of colleges and universities in the
Northeast aims to increase the number of U.S. citizen African
Americans, Mexican Americans, Puerto Rican Americans, and
Native Americans who enter the professoriate . Each Consortium
campus will bring one or more dissertation-level, under-represented
minority graduate students to its campus for 12 months,
in order that the students can devote substantial attention
to the completion of their dissertation and become acquainted
with their host campus and host department. The application
