Employer Career Day Overview

A Message for Employers:

We invite you to participate in a variety of career days throughout the year. Here are some key points to keep in mind for our Rutgers-specific and statewide events:

 

Rutgers-Specific Events - Sponsored by Career Services
Rutgers career days are open to all Rutgers students and alumni from all three campuses (New Brunswick, Newark and Camden). Candidates from other schools are not officially invited, but will not be turned away at the door.
To participate, employers must have full-time jobs and/or internships that they are currently seeking to fill.
Registration includes your listing remaining on our website for two years, with a link to your website.
The registration fee for these events is $500. This includes a table and tablecloth, a sign, inclusion in the directory, and breakfast, lunch and refreshments for two representatives (additional representatives are $50 per person). The Alumni Career Night registration fee is $250.
The registration fee for non-profits is $100 for two representatives (additional representatives are $50 per person).
All Rutgers-specific events begin at 10:00 a.m. and conclude at 3:00 p.m.
All events take place in the Rutgers Student Center in New Brunswick, NJ or the Busch Campus Center in Piscataway, NJ.

Statewide Events Sponsored by Career Services
Three events are open to students and graduates of all colleges and universities:
the two New Jersey Collegiate Career Days (January and June), and the New Jersey Diversity Career Day (February).
The New Jersey Collegiate Career Days begin at 9:30 a.m. and conclude at 3:30 p.m.. The New Jersey Diversity Career Day begins at 10:00 a.m. and concludes at 3:00 p.m.
Registration includes your listing remaining on our website for two years, with a link to your website.

The registration fee for the New Jersey Collegiate Career Day is $600 ($100 for non-profits and government agencies). The fee includes a table and tablecloth, a sign, inclusion in the directory, breakfast, lunch and refreshments for two representatives and a resume database of candidates, which will be sent to participating employers one week after the event. The fee for the NJ Diversity Career Day is $500. The fee for additional representatives is $50 per person.
Employers can place ads in the New Jersey Collegiate Career Day and NJ Diversity Career Day directories (registration for our career days includes cost information).
The New Jersey Collegiate Career Days take place in the Rutgers Student Center and the adjacent Brower Commons. The New Jersey Diversity Career Day takes place in the Rutgers Student Center.
