InterviewTRAK Tutorial

Misrepresentation of Credentials
Misrepresenting or lying about your credentials on your resume or in an interview is a serious violation of Rutgers' recruiting standards. If you have misrepresented yourself on your resume-including your major, GPA, year of graduation, work experience, citizenship status, visa status, or anything else-your resume and profile will be immediately removed from the system. In addition, you will be permanently banned from future participation in InterviewTRAK (On-Campus Interviewing).

Welcome to the InterviewTRAK (On-Campus Interviewing) online tutorial. One of the best ways to secure a full-time job, internship, or engineering co-op is to participate in the Rutgers On-Campus Interviewing Program known as "InterviewTRAK." Each year over 500 employers visit the Rutgers Univeristy Career and Interview Center to recruit students for full-time jobs following graduation . . . and another 100 employers to recruit students for internships. You conduct all aspects of the pre-interviewing process from the Internet: putting your resume on line; reviewing employer job descriptions on a weekly basis; submitting your resume to the employers of your choice; seeing if you have been selected for interviews; and scheduling your interviews.

Now...let's get started!
