InterviewTRAK User Instructions

The on-campus interviewing program, InterviewTRAK, at Rutgers-New Brunswick is powered by MonsterTRAK.com. InterviewTRAK enables students to manage all aspects of the pre-interview process online. Once you have entered your user profile and resume, you can begin to submit your resume to the employers that are coming to campus. Check InterviewTRAK daily to review job descriptions, submit resumes and determine if you have been selected for an interview. Students schedule interview times on InterviewTRAK and interviews take place at the Career & Interview Center, Busch Campus Center.

Misrepresentation of Credentials

Misrepresenting or lying about your credentials on your resume or in an interview is a serious violation of Rutgers' recruiting standards. If you have misrepresented yourself on your resume-including your major, GPA, year of graduation, work experience, citizenship status, visa status, or anything else-your resume and profile will be immediately removed from the system. In addition, you will be permanently banned from future participation in InterviewTRAK.
