One of the best ways to secure a full-time job or an internship is to participate in the Rutgers on-campus interviewing program known as "InterviewTRAK."  Each year up to 400 employers visit the Rutgers-New Brunswick campus to recruit students for full-time jobs following graduation and another 100 employers to recruit students for summer internships. You conduct all aspects of the pre-interviewing process from the Internet: putting your resume on line; reviewing employer job descriptions on a weekly basis; submitting your resume to the employers of your choice; seeing if you have been selected for interviews; and scheduling your interviews.
