Assessments

Assessment instruments are available in conjunction with career
counseling appointments to help with career changing and decision
making. Also available is our
Rutgers Online Career Planning Site,
which identifies your interests, skills and values and relates
them to occupations. |

Counseling - Discuss career issues with a professional
career counselor. The fee is $40 per hour. The first session
is free for alumni association members. Call
for an appointment. Fifteen-minute "drop-in" resume critiques
are free. Generally, recent graduates will be granted a six
or seven-month "grace period" in which they will
not be charged for individual career counseling sessions.

Days - Career days bring alumni and employers
together to discuss career opportunities. Events are free
to alumni. Career
Days include the Alumni, Business & Liberal Arts, Engineering
& Computer Science, Government & Non-Profit, Internship, Math
& Actuarial, New Jersey Diversity, Science, and two N.J. Collegiate
Career Days. Also attend the Graduate and Professional School
Day. |
