InterviewTRAK
INTRODUCTION
The Rutgers-New Brunswick on-campus interviewing program, InterviewTRAK, is part of MonsterTRAK.com.
InterviewTRAK enables you to manage all aspects of the pre-interview process online. Once you have accessed
and updated your student profile and uploaded your resume, you can begin to submit your resume to the employers that are coming to campus. Check Interview-TRAK several times a week to review job descriptions, submit resumes, determine if you have been selected for an interview, and schedule your interviews. All interviews
take place at the Career & Interview Center in the Busch Campus Center.

ELIGIBILITY

Only currently registered Rutgers-New Brunswick students can use InterviewTRAK. To pursue full-time jobs through InterviewTRAK, you must be a Rutgers-New Brunswick senior or graduate student in your final year, anticipating graduation in October 2006, January 2007 or May 2007. Interviews for full-time jobs take place from October until April.

NOTE: If you entered your resume into MonsterTRAK as a junior, it is mandatory that you update your student
profile and resume as a senior—the sooner, the better.

To pursue summer internships through InterviewTRAK, you must be a Rutgers-New Brunswick undergraduate or
graduate student. Most employers seek juniors for summer internships, but some employers open their positions to
first-year students, sophomores, seniors heading to graduate school and graduate students. Most interviews for internships take place in February, March and April with resume submissions beginning in December.
