Does your son or daughter know where the Career Services office is at Rutgers-New Brunswick? Actually, there are three Career Services locations—two in New Brunswick and one in Piscataway. You might just surprise your child by pointing him or her toward Career Services.

Career Services is here to help your son or daughter to choose a major, find an internship, and determine if graduate school or the workplace is the right step following graduation. Our mission is to work with students to aid them in understanding their interests, skills, and values and how they relate to the world of work. We provide a wide range of resources, including individual career counseling, resume and personal statement critiques, workshops, on-campus interviewing, internship services, employer information sessions, job fairs, and an extensive website. We cannot guarantee that your son or daughter will get a job and move out of the house after graduation, but we certainly can assist your student in making connections and gaining a competitive edge.
